Baby yoga is an activity that both
carer and baby practice together, which builds up the bond between them,
encourages both parties, to relax, feel comfortable around each other, and play
together. The benefits from this activity help to stimulate your baby’s mental
and physical abilities, by using gentle movements and rhythm. A typical baby
yoga class includes gentle stretches and rhythmic movement, singing, chanting
and massage.
